No es cuestión de que los interinos o contratados sean fijos o no, el fijo es aquel que nuevamente por méritos y trabajo se lo merezca.
A ver… si Venezuela es de todos por que Excluyeron a muchas federaciones en la firma del contrato, eso es de lo que trata el articulo, pero creo que no lo has leído muy bien o simplemente entiendes lo que quieres, es cuestión de opinión.

Cuando entre al ministerio pedian carnet politico la mala práctica de los adecos, ahora no piden carnet politico sino que tienes que ser político con un pensamiento único. El establecimiento de los concurso en el año 92 eliminaba esta horrible práctica y me permitió hacer carrera en el ministerio sin tener que jalar. Sobre los interinos claro que tienen derecho y merecidos de entrar al ministerio para ser profes fijos pero me pregunto? son graduados, tiene posgrado, tienen vocación, son los mejores? y el reglamento de la profesión docente y la ley de educación dice que todo profe debe entrar al sistema educativo por medio de un concurso, ya que serán los mejores profes la responsabilidad de la educación en el país.
